What we collect
Your name, email, delivery addresses, order history, chat messages, and (optionally) a phone number used only for masked calls. Drivers share their location only while delivering an order.
How we use it
To show nearby kitchens, process orders and payments, let buyers track deliveries, and keep the marketplace safe (including blocking contact details in chat).
Who sees what
Sellers see your name, delivery address and order. Drivers see the delivery address. Nobody sees your phone number; calls go through a masked number. Kitchens' exact addresses are only shown to buyers who ordered from them.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your addresses and profile at any time. Contact support@mamaput.ca to delete your account.
